Starfield CreatorCo is a Toronto-Canada and European-connected independent development, financing and production studio. We develop and retain original IP and franchise rights in our content.
In the beginning we were recognized for Science Fiction content, and enjoy a continued focus in that genre. That said, we revel in creating in comedy, contemporary drama, historical drama, action and other genres.
We produce original works of cinema, scripted television series and interactive drama. Critical reviews of our works tend to consistently note originality as a defining characteristics of our work. Our view remains consistent with our long-time motto Imagination Works.
Established in 1993, we developed executive and business affairs with depth in international co-production quickly. We pride ourselves in our cross-cultural awareness while working with our international co-production relationships and continue to grow that knowledge.
On the hard business side we’ve developed distinct film-TV-finance approaches and structural inventiveness that have at times been generally adopted by producers internationally. We’re proud that our firsts have contributed to the industry and independents.
